1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 999aq platform — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

This minimum age requirement is set in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing real-money online gaming. No person under the age of 21 may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on 999aq under any circumstances.

3.2 Age Verification Process

This declaration is legally binding. 999aq reserves the right to request additional proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 999aq's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming and betting features on 999aq, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 One Account Policy

4.3 Account Security

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits to your 999aq PHP wallet via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer depending on the bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform's cashier page and may be adjusted by 999aq at any time with notice. 999aq does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 999aq platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses credited to your 999aq account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in eligible real-money bets before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine players aged 21 and above who have registered a verified account on the 999aq platform. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. 999aq reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim any bonus credited in error at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers on 999aq — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999aq reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 999aq platform — including live casino tables, online slots, RNG table games, and sportsbook markets — are operated with integrity. RNG-based games are governed by certified random number generation with published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers and monitored by dedicated game integrity teams. 999aq does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

7.3 Disconnection Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999aq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR where appropriate:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one 999aq account in any name or combination of names.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker games, or any other game mode where collusion affects outcomes.

• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversal requests, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining any associated winnings on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999aq staff, live dealers, or other players via any platform communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

999aq is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players on the platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem — and we take our responsibility to those players seriously. All of the following responsible gaming tools are available to every 999aq account holder at no cost, with no waiting period, directly from the account dashboard after login:

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 999aq platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 999aq platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any 999aq branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization from 999aq.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 999aq's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 999aq's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming or betting activity conducted thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 999aq PHP wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999aq shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if 999aq was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, disconnection, or Force Majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss or corruption of data or information stored on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 999aq's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 999aq's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

999aq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 999aq will notify registered Players via the platform's on-site notification system and/or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 999aq platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the 999aq support team via live chat. 999aq strongly recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 999aq arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the 999aq customer support team via live chat or through the platform's secure messaging system. 999aq will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 999aq from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by 999aq may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory channels available to Philippine gaming platform users.
